Mindfulness in Nature Sessions take you on a journey. We’ve curated fun, fascinating & friendly outdoor adventures for you to authentically connect with other humans, nature and yourself towards greater health and happiness through mindfulness and movement. We want you to have a remarkable experience in the woods of Indiana/Kentucky area.
Program details
Our uniquely Minfulness in Nature Experience combine yoga, hiking and meditation with the best mountaintop views, waterfalls (depending of the park/trail), sunsets, equinoxes and solstices in Indianapolis/Kentucky Areas.

This Session are on Saturdays and Sundays and some weekdays.

We welcome men, women, beginners, individuals, families, friends, couples and private groups up to 10 people. Contact us for larger or smaller private groups also for weekdays or holidays.
